Refund Policy

Introductory trial

The $0.99 / €0.99 / ₪3.90 introductory trial gives immediate access to your full report and daily training. Because access is delivered immediately, trial fees are generally non-refundable, except where technical issues on our side prevented access or where required by law.

Subscription charges

You may request a full refund within 14 days of a subscription charge (initial or renewal) if you have not substantially used the service during that period.

If you were charged because you did not cancel in time after the trial, contact us within 48 hours of the charge for a refund of that first charge.

Refunds are also issued for documented technical issues we could not resolve in a reasonable time, billing errors on our part, or where applicable consumer law grants a statutory right of withdrawal.

When refunds are not issued

Change of mind after substantial use; more than 14 days since the charge (unless required by law); accounts suspended for violating the Terms.

How to request

Email help@noggiq.com with the email used for your account, the date and amount of the charge and the reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve almost every case directly and faster. Accounts with disputed charges may be suspended during the dispute.
