1. Who we are

Noggiq is operated by zivzone, Israel ("we", "us"). Contact: help@noggiq.com.

2. The service

Noggiq provides cognitive training content: an initial assessment, a results report and daily training exercises, delivered through the web. The service is available globally through the web.

3. Assessments disclaimer

The service provides general educational and self-discovery content for informational and entertainment purposes only. Scores, profiles, 'brain age' and similar outputs are generated by our training algorithm. They are not an IQ test, not a clinical, psychometric, medical or psychological assessment, and do not replace consultation with a qualified professional. If you have concerns about your mental or physical health, consult a qualified specialist.

4. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. Your account is identified by your email address. You are responsible for all activity under your account and agree to provide accurate information. Notify us at help@noggiq.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions and billing

We offer a paid introductory trial of $0.99 / €0.99 / ₪3.90 (depending on your currency) for 3 days. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts automatically to a paid monthly subscription of $39.99 / €39.99 / ₪129 per month, billed in advance, and renews automatically each month until cancelled.

Payments are processed by our payment partner (merchant of record), who issues your receipt and handles taxes such as VAT. The renewal price and date are shown before you confirm your purchase.

You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to reproduce, sell or exploit any part of the service; reverse-engineer it; upload harmful code; attempt unauthorized access; create more than one account per person; or use automated tools or scrapers.

7. Intellectual property

All content, features and functionality of the service are owned by zivzone or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of data you submit (answers, progress). You grant us a license to use it solely to provide and improve the service.

9. Changes

We may modify or discontinue the service and update these Terms. Material changes are announced on the website or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR REVENUES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes are subject to the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
